Salary £4.35 to £8.21 per hour, depending on age (this is reflective of NMW)

So whats so great about this apprenticeship? Well, your wage will be higher than the national apprenticeship minimum wage, so start planning what to spend that extra cash on! Youll be employed for a 12 month period to get stacks of experience and launch your career! Youll start at NVQ level 2 (equivalent to a GCSE) with a possible progression to level 3 (equivalent to A-levels) and many apprentices secure a permanent role with us! Who knows where future you will end up!

About the role

Youll be working alongside our fabulous team who are super passionate about providing brilliant customer service.  To us were not just a team were a work family.
 
Our manager is April who has been with Home Group for 5 years and has worked in lots of different departments during her time here. April brings a wealth of business knowledge to the team.  She loves all things pooch and has three lovely dogs who she enjoys nurturing.  Her caring nature also helps her team grow from strength to strength, so rest assured you'll be really supported.

You'll be working with Ellie, Ginny, Katalin, Imran, Zaida, Tom, Steph & Nabila in our Oracle Income and Expenditure Centre of Excellence team in Leeds who support the wider business in all administration tasks for our Oracle System including processing invoices, the ordering of goods and ensuring the brilliant service we offer to our customers is maintained at all times..  The team all bring their own experiences, knowledge and skills and work really well together to deliver results every time. 
 

Working hours are 37.5 per week, usually 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday.
 
Who were looking for
You can apply for this apprenticeship if you are a current or former Home Group customer.
 
Ideally you will have good written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal skills and basic Microsoft Office Skills but before long youll be a real whizz!   You be great at working with people as part of a team, but must be able to work independently and use your initiative. Youll be keen to learn from others how to prioritise and manage your work load, but an eye for detail is important.
