Learning Disabilities Registered ManagerPermanent, Full Time (37.5 hpw)Salary starts at £25,000 to £27,850 per annum rising to £36,300 per annum through performance On Call Shifts of £14.30 per session80 years of building aspirations and changing lives

You are naturally innovative and creative and will help your team to achieve and maintain the high standards our customers deserve, as well as keeping to regulatory standards. As a subject matter expert youll develop and share your knowhow, continually supporting your team, making it a great place to work for your colleagues.


As Team Manager and safeguarding lead, youll ensure the high performance and quality assurance of our services using your experience and skills to effectively motivate and direct your colleagues.  


You will be responsible for the management of two of our brilliant CQC Registered Supported Living Services for customers with Learning Disabilities. These services are Albion House in Driffield and Kingston House in Hull which has recently been rated as Outstanding! Youll ensure that these services are compliant and provide excellent care.


About youYou hold (well done this is a tough one!) - Or are working towards - your Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care or you might hold an equivalent qualification. You have a good understanding of relevant regulatory policies and procedures, including the fundamental standard regulations.


You have loads of experience of partnership working, as well as having strong inter agency links within health and social care. You're used to embedding a culture of strong communication and reflective practice. In addition to that, you lead, encourage and deliver an open, fair, transparent, supportive and challenging culture at all levels.


We will support you to lead, manage and govern your team, assuring the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care. Youll support learning and innovation, as well as promoting an open and fair culture. Youll also ensure the competence of your team through a process of observation and assessment, coaching and directing as required.


Its also important that you have excellent communication skills, IT skills and strong analytical skills too. So join us and lead a team which is doing things differently and spending more time making a real difference to vulnerable peoples lives.
