Here in Home Groups Information Systems (IS) department, we work collaboratively with our internal stakeholders to gather and understand their requirements, to develop our CRM capabilities. Working with our architects and our technical build teams, youll contribute to the design, to build our Dynamics CRM solutions.
 
We currently have 3 separate instances of Dynamics CRM here at Home Group, without having any dedicated in house support capability. Thats where you come in! Wed love you to share some of your extensive MS Dynamics CRM knowhow with us. Youll help us to develop the current systems as well as identifying and providing improvements. Alongside that youll also help to upskill the team to enhance our capacity to support those systems going forward. 
 
We also use Sharepoint 2013 & SharePoint Online here at Home Group and youll help us to develop both sites and solutions that meet our internal needs. Weve got a whole team of experts in the department who will be glad to support you with that!
 
About our team
Youll be working in a large team of sociable and lively Technical Delivery professionals for Matt, our IS Technical Delivery Manager.  Hes a massive football fan (both as an armchair watcher and on the pitch in his weekly 5 a side kickaround). When not watching or playing footie, Matt loves hard rock and heavy metal and is already planning his next gigs and festivals. He is also responsible for ensuring that we deliver the IS Services the business needs to succeed, driving continual service improvement and ensuring IS adds real value€¦
 
Working hours
Here at Home Group we believe flexibility works both ways. Our focus is on getting the job done, not your working hours! Its important to us that youre in the office so we can work collaboratively and share best practices amongst the team. However there will be times, when you might work from home to concentrate on a particular piece of work. Throughout its the teams unwritten rule that you attend the important appointments in life, be it your childs school play, your partners graduation, or to get your new fridge delivered. Working with Matt, you can fit these around your working day or use your flexi to take the time off.
 
About you
Youll join our in-house technical team. Using your great people and communication skills, youll help us develop our CRM and SharePoint capability by collaborating with your (occasionally less technical) colleagues to share your know how! Youll also use your partnership skills to work with the business, and support us to deliver a great service.
 
In a perfect world it would be great if you had all the right certificates, however we appreciate that you may have the some great transferrable skills. The key technologies we are looking for you to be skilled in when you join us are in MS Dynamics CRM, and ideally the CRM North 52, ClickDimensions and Dynamics 365 Portal Products. It would also be awesome if youve worked with any of the SharePoint technologies such as SharePoint 2013, SharePoint Online and/or SharePoint workflows
On top of all that, you are creative, passionate and ambitious, youll help us to deliver solutions that exceed expectations! Together well take the business on a journey to provide the clarity it needs!
