Supported Living Worker - CQC Accommodation Based Albion House - Driffield Part Time 28.5 hours per week Permanent Salary £17,600 to £18,000 pa pro rata rising to £19, 200 per annum pro rata through length of service. Our good Rated CQC registered service provides support to our brilliant customers who have mild to moderate learning disabilities and or autism within an accommodation support setting. Youll support our customers to live their day to day lives as independently as possible. The team will tell you that no two days are ever the same because everything we do is person centred around our customers. You might help with personal care (like bathing and issuing medication) in the morning and supporting them to attend college in the afternoon. We even help customers to go on holiday! Like our team, were sure youll find the role ever so rewarding. About our team Our team describe themselves as really friendly and approachable. Our manager is Debra Lount who works alongside our Registered Manager. There are eight of us in the team and we dont just love to support our customers, were there for each other too! Working hours We provide 24-hour support to our customers each day and every day. Youll work on a rota basis and take your turn working days, evenings, weekends, bank holidays and sleep ins. We need you to be flexible to meet the needs of our customers, but we aim to give you the time you need to spend time doing the things that matter to you!

However were glad to support you, if you need help. To make sure our customers are well supported, its important that you have work in a care and supported housing environment before. You have a great understanding of professional boundaries, responsibility for safeguarding, risk assessment, confidentiality and have experience in case management. Dont worry, we wont drop you in the deep end, well help to you understand how things work at Home Group!
