We have fabulous opportunity for you to join our awesome team. We support our brilliant customers who have multiple and complex support needs. They live in a 24/7 supported accommodation. We help our customers address issues around mental health, substance misuse and offending by working closely with other agencies and supporting our customers to build independent living skills to enable them to move on to independence.

About our team Youll be working alongside our fabulous team who are super passionate about supporting customers to reach their goals and celebrating their achievements. To us were not just a team were a work family. Our manager is Sean Beattie, who has worked for Home group for four years. There are 17 of us in the team and we dont just love to support our customers, were there for each other too!
Working hours We provide 24-hour support to our customers each day and every day. You will work permanent twilight hours and waking nights on a rota basis between the hours of 8pm and 8am on 4 on 4 off basis including weekends and bank holidays.
Bank Looking for a more flexible working pattern? You can also join us on a flexible basis by being part of our bank. You can work hours that fit around your current commitments or even pick up some additional shifts to your main role to earn some extra cash and get paid on a weekly basis. About you As our Housing Concierge youll play a really important role in supporting the smooth running of our services. You will ensure the safety and securing of our buildings and of our customers, and make sure we get on with our neighbours! Youll get involved in lots of different activities which will include monitoring CCTV, regularly patrolling the premises, monitoring visitors to and from the building and ensuring tenancy conditions and service rules are adhered to. As our housing support Concierge youll also provide out of hours cover being the first point of contact for our clients during the night and at times well also need you to do some general cleaning duties too. Youre passionate and motivated to help vulnerable people make positive and lasting changes to their lives. Youll impress us with your ability to work on your own initiative. If youre not the biggest fan of technology, thats not a problem to us. You do need to know that we are quite a high tech company and most of our application process and mandatory learning are online. However were glad to support you, if you need help. It would be amazing if you have worked in this type of environment before, however its your can do positive attitude and enthusiasm that are critical to make this role a success. If you are successful, we need you to have an Enhanced Disclosure Check through the Disclosure and Barring Service which well pay for.
