Support Coordinator Level 3 Railway Terrace, North Shields Part Time (16 hours per week) Permanent Salary £17,600 to £19,100 pa pro rata rising to £23,500 pa pro rata through length of service £9.00 per hour if youd prefer to work on our bank on a casual basis You also get to use our award winning benefits package

You'll be helping them to develop the skills to achieve independence in line with their goals and ambitions. Our team support customers across our range of services including our main support contract, Hospital Discharge, 117 funding and floating support. We also support our customers in a range of accommodation including self contained flats within our core building, dispersed properties and customers in their own homes in the local community.

About our team Youll be working alongside our fabulous team who are super passionate about supporting customers to reach their goals and celebrating their achievements. To us were not just a team were a work family. The 'big boss' is Sean Beattie, Senior Client Services Manager (a keen rugby player and really caring manager). There are 18 of us in the team and we dont just love to support our customers, were there for each other too!
Working hours Youll work on a rota basis between the hours of 8am and 8.30pm and take your turn working days, evenings, weekends and bank holidays. We need you to be flexible to meet the needs of our customers, but we aim to give you the time you need to spend time doing the things that matter to you!
Bank Looking for a more flexible working pattern? You can also join us on a flexible basis by being part of our bank. You can work hours that fit around your current commitments or even pick up some additional shifts to your main role to earn some extra cash and get paid on a weekly basis.
About you Youre passionate and motivated to help vulnerable people make positive and lasting changes to their lives. Youll impress us with your ability to work on your own initiative, positively influencing people from all different backgrounds.
Youll help change our customers lives (and our services) for the better by undertaking risk assessments, support planning, goal setting and regular reviews. Youll create bespoke and personalised support plans with and for your customers. Each plan will look to meet our customers individual needs and aspirations, making sure they meet safeguarding and confidentiality requirements. Youll also have responsibility for coordinating our support workers, apprentices and volunteers, and working collaboratively with external agencies, to assess and engage support for our customers.
