Salary starts at £25,000 to £27,850 per annum rising to £36,300 per annum through performance plus On Call Shifts of £14.30 per session

As a subject matter expert youll develop and share your knowhow, continually supporting your team, making it a great place to work for your colleagues. 
 
As Team Manager and safeguarding lead, youll ensure the high performance and quality assurance of your services using your experience and skills to effectively motivate and direct your colleagues.
 
This role will cover several locations including Stockton, Redcar and Saltburn, providing excellent services to learning disability, mental health and physical disability customers living within Home Group properties or in their own home.  This role requires someone that has excellent organisational skills, managing a highly motivated staff teams.
 
About you
You hold (well done this is a tough one!) - or are working towards - your Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care or you might hold an equivalent qualification. You have a good understanding of relevant regulatory policies and procedures, including the fundamental standard regulations.
 
You have loads of experience of partnership working, as well as having strong inter agency links within health and social care.  You're used to embedding a culture of strong communication and reflective practice. In addition to that, you lead, encourage and deliver an open, fair, transparent, supportive and challenging culture at all levels.
 
Well support you to lead, manage and govern your team, assuring the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care. You support learning and innovation, as well as promoting an open and fair culture. You will ensure the competence of your team through a process of observation and assessment, coaching and directing as required.
 
Its also important that you have excellent communication skills, IT skills and strong analytical skills too. So join us and lead a team which is doing things differently and spending more time making a real difference to vulnerable peoples lives.
 
As we provide 24-hour support to our clients every day, youll work Monday to Friday 9am -5pm with some flexibility to support customer needs, it is also important to understand you will be expected to provide on call cover  two weeks each year.  
 
We need you to have a driving licence, car and car insurance business cover as some travelling will be required.
 
If you the right person for the great role, we will need you to have an Enhanced Disclosure Check through the Disclosure and Barring Service which well pay for.
