Job Description

A global Organisation are looking for an Administrator to start a contract ASAP

The successful candidate with be a key member of the Meter Operations team. They will need to have a positive telephone manner and able to build rapport with colleagues. They will be primarily required to contact our engineer workforce and obtain job details following meter exchanges. They will also be required to assist with data corrections within our systems, and also assist the wider Meter Operations team with on day activities.

This contract will run until end of Nov 2018 and could possibly be extended further

This is paying £8.50 per hour and will be full time hours Monday to Friday

Main Responsibilities:
Contact engineers in a structured approach to obtain job results following meter exchanges to assist hitting our contracted Service Levels.
To interact with internal and external customers on a daily basis and to resolve any associated queries within the specified timescales.
Perform data corrections within our systems to ensure data is up to date.
Build strong relationships with engineers
Support the wider meter operations team with on day issues. Such as handling emergency jobs from suppliers.

Must be confident and have excellent telephone/communication skills.
Attention to detail is a must. Candidate will need to ensure that the data entered into any of the MOP Systems is of a high quality and is accurate.
Organise and prioritise own workload.
