Apprentice Housing Management - Customer OnlyTemporary for 15 months, - (with progression opportunities available for successful candidates)Full Time (37.5 hpw)Salary £4.35 to £8.21 per hour, depending on age (this is reflective of NMW) Shaping our future with brilliant apprentices! About the roleThe role of Housing Management Apprentice is an integral part of the services that Home Group offer to our customers. Alongside doing your NVQ, you will develop skills and knowledge to deliver a vast range of services both out and about on estates and in customers homes as well as over the phone. Working alongside our fabulous team of 9 brilliant Housing Managers, youll be managing housing and assets, providing advice and guidance and being committed to delivering excellent services, based in our Durham office. No two days will be the same and you will support our high performing team to continue achieving great results. You will need a good sense of humour because although we work hard, we have a lot of fun along the way and like to eat a lot of cake! So whats so great about this apprenticeship? Ideally you will have good written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal skills and basic Microsoft Office Skills but before long youll be a real whizz! You be great at working with people as part of a team, but must be able to work independently and use your initiative.
