Full Time (37.5 hpw)
Salary £4.35 to £8.21 per hour, depending on age (this is reflective of NMW)

So whats so great about this apprenticeship? Well, your wage will be higher than the national apprenticeship minimum wage, so start planning what to spend that extra cash on! Youll be employed for a 12 month period to get stacks of experience and launch your career! Youll start at NVQ level 2 (equivalent to a GCSE) with a possible progression to level 3 (equivalent to A-levels) and many apprentices secure a permanent role with us! Who knows where future you will end up!

About the role

Youll be working alongside our fabulous team who are super passionate about providing brilliant results to our internal stakeholders.  

To us were not just a team were a work family.
Our manager is Charlotte Cole, who has worked for Home Group for nearly 8 years in a variety of different roles. When she isnt at work you can normally find her entertaining her two young children or spending time with friends & family.

There are 8 Administrators in the Belmont team who all bring their own personality, experiences, knowledge and skills to the team, they work brilliantly together to deliver results every time.  As a team we enjoy an ever-growing tea round (with cake on a good day!) and occasional lunch time walks to catch up.

In Business Support we work in Centres of Excellence and the Durham team works together with the London team as part of the Management Resource Centre of Excellence.

We work collaboratively to deliver quality support to the Senior and Management Teams, ensuring effective reporting and robust processes are maintained at all times.

The working hours for the apprenticeship are 37.5 hours and usually Monday - Friday 9-5.
 

 
Who were looking for
You can apply for this apprenticeship if you are a current or former Home Group customer.
 
Ideally you will have good written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal skills and basic Microsoft Office Skills but before long youll be a real whizz!   You be great at working with people as part of a team, but must be able to work independently and use your initiative. Youll be keen to learn from others how to prioritise and manage your work load, but an eye for detail is important.
