    Responsibilities
    Your role will include but is not limited to:
  • Collaborating with parents, carers, guardians, support workers, and other professionals to safeguard and ensure the educational welfare of statement students who may have special educational needs
  • Attending and taking part in staff meetings to support the smooth running and administration of the school
  • Ensuring the highest standards of quality and applying the most up-to-date teaching methods.
  • Arrange for resources, equipment, and materials to be available in such a way that they are properly cared for, easily accessible and will encourage the children to become more responsible for their own learning
  • Encouraging student participation in lessons and in other school-related activities

  • Requirements
  • Must possess QTS
  • To promote the aims and objectives of the school and maintain its philosophy of education
  • Have a valid in-date Enhanced DBS (preferably on the Update Service)
  • To carry out professional duties and have responsibility for an assigned class
