Scheme Manager (Residential)HertfordPermanent, Full Time (37.5 hpw)Salary £14,946 to £20,945 per annum About the role We have an exciting opportunity for a Scheme Manager to manage and live within one of our Leasehold Retirement properties in Hertford. You'll work at Chauncy Court, which is a listed building with an interesting historical background. Our Scheme consists of 48, one, two and three bedroom properties for people aged 60 and over. You will ensure that the communal areas of the building are maintained to a high standard and remain compliant with Health and Safety and Fire regulations at all times. The general welfare of our residents is paramount and we are looking for that special person that is able to manage sensitive issues in a professional and compassionate manner to maintain a friendly community and ensure effective management of the development. This role provides the opportunity to join our supportive and friendly team and there is a great deal of scope to develop the social and community aspect of the role. You will be provided with accommodation on a rent free basis.Please note any offer of employment is subject to an Enhanced Disclosure check through the DBS the costs of which are met by Home Group. About youYou will have excellent literacy, numeracy and record keeping skills and be fully computer literate. You will be able to prioritise your work on a daily basis whilst meeting deadlines. With previous relevant experience and knowledge of health and safety and fire regulations you will be organised, have excellent communication skills and, as a lone worker, have the ability to make your own decisions effectively.We are looking for a sociable and real people person, who enjoys interacting with customers and is passionate about providing excellent customer service.
