Position Summary:                     

The HRBP team are responsible for working closely with their client-business leaders, line managers and employees to build capabilities, plan and manage talent, and develop approaches that align to the business needs and objectives. They Consult and develop solutions that address critical operational and talent challeneges,

Responsibilities:

    Work closely with business units and management teams, providing strategic HR consultation to optimize people, structure, process and culture, with the goal of achieving business results.
    Participate in strategic meetings with management and employees to gain and offer HR insight on business and operational challenges.
    Develop a thorough understanding of the organization's needs and future direction in order to ensure business decisions take into account the people implications and minimize company exposure.
    Counsel management on progressive discipline ensuring consistency and adherence to policies.
    Work closely with management on resolving employee relations issues.
    Provide coaching and feedback on how to improve individual and organizational performance to meet strategic and tactical goals and objectives.
    Own and drive the talent management program for client groups such as Talent Review, key talent development and follow up, power of I, internal development sessions, Employee check ins.
    Facilitates organizational design and employee and leadership development.
    Work with employees and managers to address issues and recommends and implements effective solutions for resolution.
    Works with HR team in the ongoing administration of key H.R. programs (i.e.: employee relations, benefits administration, compensation, performance management, and training).
    Provides support for human resources related programs, policies, and initiatives.

 Preferred Educational Background:

    Bachelors Degree or equivalent.

Preferred Experiential Background:

    Must have experience of working in France. Experience of working in Spain, Italy, Belgium and Emerging markets a distinct Advantage.
    Solid experience  Human Resources Generalist experience required.
    Competence in HR functional areas (i.e.: employee relations, benefits administration, compensation philosophies, performance management, applicable employment laws, and training).
    Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
    Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
