Job Description

Sales Administrator / Buyer

Sales Administrator/Buyer

  • Customer account management
  • Sourcing aircraft spares
  • Liaising with supply chain to obtain quotations
  • Building/maintaining relationships with our customers/supply chain
  • Raising quotations to our customer base
  • Data entry - updating the internal system with price/delivery info
  • Assisting sales team with customer/supplier queries

  • Requirements
  • Good administration abilities, planning and numeracy skills
  • Confident using the telephone
  • Be computer literate with high attention to detail
  • Able to work independently to achieve key deadlines
  • Proactive approach, with enthusiastic characteristics
  • Experience in similar role within aerospace/procurement would be an advantage
  • Office based - not remote so only local candidates to apply with office administration experience

  • Benefits: Axa PP Health Insurance, Government Pension scheme.
    Hours: 8.30am - 17.00pm Mon/Fri - Salary £24,000-£28,000pa depending on experience.
    The client is also open to considering a candidate with the right work ethic, attitude and personality to train into this position and is interested in getting into procurement / buying / aviation.
