Sales Administrator / Buyer
Sales Administrator/Buyer
Customer account management
Sourcing aircraft spares
Liaising with supply chain to obtain quotations
Building/maintaining relationships with our customers/supply chain
Raising quotations to our customer base
Data entry - updating the internal system with price/delivery info
Assisting sales team with customer/supplier queries
Requirements
Good administration abilities, planning and numeracy skills
Confident using the telephone
Be computer literate with high attention to detail
Able to work independently to achieve key deadlines
Proactive approach, with enthusiastic characteristics
Experience in similar role within aerospace/procurement would be an advantage
Office based - not remote so only local candidates to apply with office administration experience
Benefits: Axa PP Health Insurance, Government Pension scheme. Hours: 8.30am - 17.00pm Mon/Fri - Salary £24,000-£28,000pa depending on experience. The client is also open to considering a candidate with the right work ethic, attitude and personality to train into this position and is interested in getting into procurement / buying / aviation.
