Your new role
You will work and undertake all building fabric elements that are functional and operational within design parameters, carrying out reactive repairs within agreed response and rectification times. You shall ensure all reactive calls are closed out in line with contractual time scales. You will also be expected to anticipate, diagnose and repair faults.
What you'll need to succeed
You should have time served apprenticeships or an equivalent NVQ qualification in Heating and / or plumbing.
