There are 9 of us in the team and we donât just love to support our customers, weâre there for each other too! The Digital Development team is currently made up of developers, DevOps, UX and a Scrum Master. We work closely with our testers and product owners to form our Scrum teams.

Here at Home Group we believe flexibility works both ways. Our focus is on getting the job done, not your working hours! Itâs important to us that youâre in the office so we can work collaboratively and share best practices amongst the team. However there will be times, when you might work from home to concentrate on a particular piece of work. Throughout itâs the teamâs unwritten rule that you attend the important appointments in life, be it your childâs school play, your partnerâs graduation, or to get your new fridge delivered. You can elect to fit these around your working day or use your flexi to take the time off.
Thereâs lots! Including: competitive salaries, 25 days paid holiday a year rising by 1 day per year up to 30 days, with the ability to purchase an extra 5 days, a contributory occupational money-purchase pension scheme with life assurance, salary sacrifice schemes including cycle, car, technology, heavily discounted AA membership, gyms and savings on high street stores, holidays and restaurants amongst many others.
