Supply Chain Project, Product & Program Manager - Maidenhead

The Project Manager is responsible for leading projects in the EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa) Region. The scope of projects will include BCPs, Remediation work, Formulation work and Regulatory updates. Composition of project teams is cross-functional (eg R&D, Marketing, Operations, etc.), cross company and may include outside development partners. The Project Manager is responsible for delivering project scope and accountable for managing risk, timelines and ensuring project processes and standards are followed. The Project Manager may be aligned to several brands and Global Business Units and is responsible for communicating project progress and impact of change, deployment and coordination of project resources, and the overall project.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/TASKS

  • Project Planning
  • Assuring Operational readiness
  • Leading cross functional teams through each phase of the project(s)
  • Co-ordinating all activities to ensure project(s) remains on track
  • Monitoring and managing risks and opportunities
  • Estimating, reporting and delivering agreed financials
  • Liaising, agreeing, involving and communicating all aspects of the project with senior management
  • Enable the fluid process and Sign-off across the EMEA areas of disciplines. Lead, Identify, communicate, and resolve key issues with executive sponsors or key managers.
  • Provide ongoing status communications to all levels of the organization.

PERSON SPECIFICATION QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelors in Physical Sciences, Engineering, Business & Marketing, or appropriate related field
  • Experience in Supply Chain field
  • Experience managing cross-functional expertise (R&D, Franchise Marketing, Packaging development, Procurement). Product knowledge is a must have.
  • Experience of delivering Projects in an OTC capacity
  • Experience with leadership and conflict resolution skills
  • Effective written and oral communication skills
  • Knowledge of team dynamics
  • Broad business acumen with knowledge of project related finance
  • Knowledge of planning and organization
  • Experience with new product development processes and terminology
  • Project Management Professional (PPM) a plus
