Are you an experienced researcher who would enjoy working with us to inform local and national policy and practice, improving the response to child sexual abuse in England and Wales?
We are looking for someone to lead elements of the CSA Centre's research and evaluation work. You would be responsible for planning, commissioning and overseeing research and evaluation projects on child sexual abuse.
The ideal candidate will have:
Knowledge of current legislative, policy and practice developments and key research issues and findings in relation to child sexual abuse
Excellent understanding of governmental and public sector landscapes; charity sector; health and social care sectors; children's services; police, ideally from direct practice experience.
Significant and demonstrable experience of planning and delivering relevant research and evaluation projects using a range of methodologies.
Experience of analysing complex written information and numerical data.
Experience of working in cooperation with professionals within public or voluntary sector agencies, ideally the childcare sector
