The OSSD aims to win a better deal for working people by supporting unions and their representatives to build membership and organisation and stronger links between unions. 

What Experience, Skills, Knowledge and understanding do you need?

You’ll enjoy working constructively with a wide range of partners with sound interpersonal skills 

You’ll be experienced in office administration and events organisation

You’ll share the enthusiasm for current issues in trade unionism
