Job Overview
The Project Manager is responsible for the development and delivery of projects in the most cost-effective manner, demonstrating 'value for money'.
The person will identify and procure the services of specialist designers and contractors as required.
Main Duties:
Develops, in conjunction with the Project Sponsor, the scope of the project. Ensures that the project is delivered on time, to budget and to the required quality & regulatory standards Liaise daily with internal Commercial team to manage Project finances Managing project scope and change control. Monitor & Report project progress and performance. Knowledge and understanding of the CDM regulations
Experience:
They will have a proven track record of project development and delivery and demonstrable experience of pre-construction and construction phases delivery of multiple projects. Construction Background Health and Safety knowledgeIOSH OR NEBOSH is desirable.
