We are looking to strengthen our team with the following appointment:

Ravensbourne is looking for a Programme Director to lead, develop and manage the portfolio of undergraduate and postgraduate courses in the Media Lab Department of the Screen School, ensuring that their direction, design and curriculum are fully aligned with Ravensbournes Strategy and Academic Strategy. The Programme Director will also ensure an innovative and responsive connection to industry needs. There will be an emphasis on collaboration, with our existing courses, as well as with our industry partners. 

You will combine professional experience, credible academic knowledge and a strong understanding of current industry practice. You will bring the dynamism to inspire our students and staff, and the experience to facilitate a high-quality learning environment. The leader we are seeking will have the knowledge, vision and industry contacts to build the department with the team and develop new opportunities in the relevant disciplines. The successful person will also ensure an outstanding student experience at all levels.

Currently the department consists of 7 undergraduate courses Animation, Digital Photography, Editing Post Production and Games Design.  The Media Lab department explores current and emerging media technologies and seeks to develop interdisciplinary working and learning practices across the portfolio.
