Were seeking a Chair who can add value to our experienced Board and Council of Governors, bringing a depth of leadership expertise gained in a similarly large and complex environment. Comfortable navigating strategic issues, the successful individual will need sophisticated influencing and negotiation skills along with sound judgement and common sense. Most importantly were need someone who can connect with people; our staff, service users, carers, partners and communities, someone who shares our passion to deliver Outstanding Care.
