Our client is a well-established London contractor working in the High-end Prime residential market. They have a long-standing history of successful project delivery, on Refurb and structural work and some New Build from £500,000 - £10M.
You will be a Project Manager overseeing a Prime Resi Projects in London £2-10M. The projects often involve some Demolition, Structural alterations and Interiors with a high end finish. Working to achieve a BREEAM excellent rating you will manage the projects; oversee Subbies through the phases, managing the whole projects from start to handover. It is key that you keep tight control on the project; paperwork & process to ensure successful outcome.
You will have:Significant relevant experience in the London High-End residential market.The ability to manage complex projects, keeping them on schedule and within budget.Client liaison skills, ensuring the highest standards are achieved and delivered.Ideally Degree qualified or equivalent, with SMSTS, CSCS & First Aid
