Customer Service Centre Advisor (Level 2)
Permanent,
Full Time (37.5 hpw)
Salary £17,500 to £23,500 per annum

Our great people have made us the best and we now need some more people to join us to deliver our aspirational plans. We want energised people to join us in our multi-channel Customer Service Centre, to work with our customers and suppliers across the UK.

Our award winning Customer Service Centre provides easy access for our customers to receive a fast and convenient service.  We provide a one stop shop for responsive repairs, rent account maintenance and arrears, delivering customer service excellence through highly skilled and knowledgeable Customer Service Advisors, supported by standardised processes and technology to enable high levels of customer fulfilment at first point of contact.

You’ll be a confident, enthusiastic communicator who can achieve and maximise first contact resolution – caring for our customers every step of their journey. This isn't just about doing your job, it's about doing your very best. Most importantly, you’ll be driven to make a genuine difference to people’s lives.
