Job Description

You could be newly qualified, about to graduate or have several years' experience and wish to enhance your existing skills and experience. 

An excellent career opportunity has arisen within our building surveying and space management team for someone wanting to further develop their professional career providing property management, space management and surveying services to the University and the Chichester Multi Academies Trust. 

Our Estate portfolio includes a wide mix of building types ranging in age from 1790's to the present day thus providing ample opportunity to gain valuable career enhancing experience Under the direction of our Senior Estate Surveyor this role will be responsible for the management of the Property Asset and AutoCAD drawing database and assisting in the design, specification, tendering and supervision of major repairs or minor alterations and adaptations. You must be able to work effectively and accurately as part of a small, flexible team and demonstrate excellent AutoCAD and measurement surveying skills with the ability to prepare reports, schedules and specifications.
