SALARY: £170 per day
WORKING HOURS: Full Time, (Initial 3 month Contract)

They are looking for experienced Customer Complaints Handlers/Representatives on a Full time, Contract basis for a prestigious client in Edinburgh
THE ROLE: Contact Centre/ Customer Complaints Representatives- Edinburgh
• You will be answering calls from our Customers from initial enquiries about car insurance products to renewals to general questions.
• Dealing with different brands and a range of questions each call and customer is unique
• You will be trained across the whole insurance journey
They are looking for experienced Customer service/Call Centre/ or complaint handler/Representative who loves resolving customer complaints and queries? Are you passionate about providing an excellent level of customer service? Are you available immediately or on short notice?
You'll need to have dealt with financial services complaints before, ideally pensions, banking or customer service related. You'll need to be detail focused, good with numbers and have good MS Office skills, particularly Word as you'll be writing letters as well as talking to customers on the phone
