Your new company
A specialist drylining company with a turnover of over £15 million who are looking to take on a site manager. They have a strong pipeline of work scheduled in various sectors, but with a big focus on student accommodation. Projects are located across the midlands, and so travel will be required.
Your new role
You will be responsible for all aspects of managing large multi-million pound drylining projects, which generally tend to be build to rent / purpose built student accommodation projects. You will be required to:
- Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget
- Oversee site activities, with a specific focus on ensuring all health and safety regulations are adhered to
- Liaise with clients and resolve any issues
- Report to both internal and external teams, providing updates on the projects' progress
- Ensure all work conducted on site is to the highest standard
What you'll need to succeed
- Experience of managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Drylining experience
- Experience working on BTR / PBSA is preferred, but not essential
- Great leadership skills, communication, and man management
- Strong H&S awareness
