Job Description

We are currently seeking a part-time Curriculum Support Technician (Primary Teaching), the post holder will be required to work 24 hours per week during Semester time only, 8am to 5.30pm, and a flexible approach to working hours is required. Based at our Bognor Regis Campus the post holder will be working with a small team who are responsible for providing a range of multi-disciplinary support services for our primary teaching programmes.  Working closely with the Senior Curriculum Support Technician, you will become involved in preparing and setting up equipment and resources for practical sessions, and providing general assistance to academic staff in order to enable the smooth running of teaching sessions, and managing the storage of materials, equipment and teaching resources for Primary Teaching. You will have a good general education to A level or equivalent, with a high standard of literacy and numeracy, previous working knowledge of using Word and Excel is essential.  Working within a small practical, hands on team, you will need good interpersonal and communication skills, with proven high levels of accuracy and high standards of customer service with a helpful approach to your work. You will be able to demonstrate experience of working to tight deadlines, where excellent organisational skills and a high level of initiative is required, and must be willing and able to learning new skills and take on new tasks when required.
