Safety & Quality Manager, Co. Tyrone, Salary up to £45k DOE

Your new role
As the Food Safety & Quality Manager, you will be reporting to the Technical Manager and will be responsible for end-to-end food safety and quality but supporting operations at various stages. You will be expected to proactively design and drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve quality standards. Ensure strict adherence to food safety and hygiene standards are implemented and adhered to. You would be responsible for training, motivating and supervising the quality team to reach full potential while ensuring quality and legislative standards are met. Management of systems audits and traceability schedule ensure compliance & efficiency of pest control & clearing management procedures. Ensuring external audit protocol is strictly adhered to and work in conjunction with the Technical Manager to ensure Food safety, HACCP, TACCP and VACCP on site.
What you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidate will have a relevant food safety related qualification and 2+ years' relevant experience at supervisor level within the food manufacturing environment.
