Your new company Hays Recruitment are proud to be working in partnership with a leading adult's residential adult's mental health provider as they require multiple motivated and reliable support workers for a service in Mold who are medication and self-harmed trained. This service supports 2 vulnerable female service users with a working pattern that consists long-day sleeps, 8:00am - 08:00am and long days or waking nights, 08:00am - 20:00pm, 20:00pm - 08:00m. This is a temporary contract but will also be looked into a long-term position.
Your new role You will be contributing to the provision of a safe, caring, and nurturing environment, where vulnerable people's emotional, physical, cultural and health needs are met. You will be required to work alongside the service users with positive and mental behaviour support, medication handling and self-harming guidance. To have understanding and ownership of their care plans, risk assessments, positive behaviour support plans, etc. Promote a culture of reflection, equality, diversity, and inclusivity throughout practice. Adhere to all safeguarding policies and procedures, reporting any concerns without delay. Work flexibly in the undertaking of other relevant duties which are not specifically outlined above.
