Your new role
You will be working as part of the London & South Engineering Resilience Team providing support to all Dedicated Accounts within this region. Working in the Resilience Team, flexibility in approach to challenges is essential as you will be expected to work on different contracts each day. This role will give the successful candidate the opportunity to demonstrate their skillset and customer service excellence. It is essential that you are a team player as the Resilience Team involves working in a fast-paced and diverse environment. You should have strong knowledge and be able to undertake all facets of maintenance and installation requirements as required in the scope of the contract, ensuring that the day-to-day planned preventative maintenance activities of building maintenance is completed in line with contractual obligations. All assets should be maintained in accordance with the O&M Manuals, alongside compliance with all Health & Safety Legislation and Company Policy (fire regulations, COSHH, safe working practises, PPE, PAT testing etc). What you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidate will have time served apprenticeships or an equivalent NVQ mechanical qualification. You should be committed to the delivery of excellent customer service. You should have a good understanding of current Health & Safety legislation and building Statutory Compliance and be able to apply this to the role.
