Salary: 27,370 (Inc. London weighting 3,700 per annum) Hours/days per week: 35 Hours (5 days p/w) Contract: One Year FTC Closing date: Thursday 15th June - 11:59pm Interview date: Friday 23rd June Purpose of the role An excellent opportunity has arisen for a passionate and committed Learning and Development Assistant to join our friendly and growing People team. The People team will focus on the investment being made to increase the effectiveness, impact and diversity of our people and the needs to re-engineer our practices to deliver the strategy. You will be joining an ambitious organisation at the start of an exciting journey which aims to move it towards a learning culture. The role will support in the delivery of a responsive and credible front line learning service for all employees and external contacts. You will be responsible for the effective coordination of a range of learning and development activities across Friends of the Earth. Supported by the Learning and Development Manager, you?ll support the capture and analysis of learning needs across Friends of the Earth and help to identify creative ways of meeting organisational and individual needs. You?ll contribute to the development of a learning programme and work on other Learning and Development and wider HR projects. You?ll have a passion for learning and development and ideally be working towards a career within the field with a strong commitment to the values and work of Friends of the Earth.
