Your new role
Leading and building your multi-skilled maintenance team, you will keep Operations updated with all things maintenance including CAPEX plans, progress on equipment and facilities reliability, delivering a safer working environment and analysis of root cause information than will improve future equipment reliability.
What you'll need to succeed
Experience of leading a maintenance team to support production, plan and deliver CAPEX and lead safety within production
