Process Improvement Engineer

Your new role
In your role as Process Improvement Engineer, you will be responsible for partaking in and leading both small and large improvement-based projects across the site and across the group. You will gain exposure to various types of manufacturing processes, work cross-collaboratively with other engineering teams and implement lean manufacturing techniques whilst using root cause analysis methods.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful in this Process Improvement Engineer role, you will need to have had a couple of years' experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, either in process improvement or in a project engineering role with a process focus. Alongside this, you will also need to possess a degree in chemical, mechanical or a similar engineering discipline.
What you'll get in return
In return, you will receive a salary of up to £50,000 dependent on your experience, as well as the possibility of gaining chartership and/or other qualifications.
