Asset Manager

Fixed term contract to 31 October 2017 Full-time, 37 hours per week Starting salary �46,182 pa pro rata rising to �51,313 pa pro rata with service plus car allowance We?re looking for an experienced, qualified property services professional with a proven track record in managing and delivering the planned, cyclical and major works. You?ll: ? Make sure our assets are properly maintained ? Make sure programmes and contracts are completed successfully, to the required standard ? Manage a multidisciplinary team along with contractors and consultants, in both contract and partnership environments. We need a customer focused individual with exceptional communication skills. Technical expertise, the ability to specify, stock database knowledge, strong contract management skills and a willingness to support colleagues is needed. You?ll also be: ? Able to influence and negotiate ? Able to prioritise and manage a wide range of resources ? Able to work on your own initiative ? Committed to developing and improving current processes, systems and documents. ? IT literate. Mainly based in our Croydon office you must have the willingness and ability to travel.
