A friendly dynamic events team are looking for an events assistant to join a busy and fast paced environment.

In the role, you will provide effective and efficient support to the events coordinators and other members of the marketing and communications team to plan and execute a successful programme of events.
Your main responsibilities will be to act as the first point of call to our potential delegates, respond to queries, update the website and manage a portfolio of small events. You will also liaise with delegates and other stakeholders in order to successfully plan and deliver all events. We are looking for someone who has experience of planning events or has worked in a similar environment; has excellent communication skills and has the confidence and ability to deal with external suppliers on the phone to negotiate and ensure best value.
