Asset Services Surveyor

Fixed term for 12 months Full time - 37 hours a week Starting salary �29,569 per annum rising to �32,854 per annum with service plus car allowance. We need a surveyor to join our Asset Services team, to help manage compliance across the business. You?ll: ? Supervise and help to manage our asbestos, fire, water hygiene and lift contracts ? Carry out asbestos re-assessments ? Carry out Fire Safety Risk Assessments ? Carry out stock condition surveys ? Have some previous building surveying experience ? Have some experience of contract management. You?ll need to be: ? Qualified to Fire Safety risk Assessor and have the appropriate accreditation. ? Qualified to P402 Asbestos with the appropriate accreditation ? Motivated and an excellent team player You?ll have the opportunity to develop your skills and gain excellent experience in key risk areas. A full driving licence is essential as you will be required to travel to different sites in London and our offices in Sussex and Kent.
