Permanent Contract
We are looking for an experienced and professional administrator to take responsibility for the organisation and co-ordination of activities for our Regeneration and Community Partnerships Department. In managing the administrative operations for the team you will co-ordinate team member diaries, organise and co-ordinate meetings, take minutes and notes as required and co-ordinate and track the progress of team projects and programmes. The Administrator is the IT and records champion for the team as well as the finance practitioner responsible for raising and processing purchase orders in line with the organisation?s procedures.
The ideal candidate will have had some previous experience of working as an administrator and have an in depth knowledge of office and administrative procedures. We are looking for someone who has the ability to prioritise diaries at a senior level whilst managing their own workload in a busy environment.
