Marketing and Digital Officer

Permanent Contract Are you looking for an opportunity to gain fully integrated marketing experience on a high profile project? We are looking for a Marketing and Digital Officer to work within our Communication, Marketing and Strategy team, providing support on a varied portfolio of marketing projects and campaigns. This role will be responsible for scheduling and monitoring content on our social media platforms, analysing and monitoring our digital activity, copy writing engaging consumer facing marketing content and support the marketing implementation for the most exciting attraction in London at the moment � the ArcelorMittal Orbit and slide. In addition to working across our digital marketing platforms, you will ensure that our marketing literature is distributed across the Park�s venues, take the lead on purchase orders and be our customer service ambassador, through the use of customer service feedback, surveys and mystery shoppers you will ensure that every visitor to the Park receives first class customer service. To apply for this role you will have demonstrable experience of branding and marketing techniques and the use of social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter and Instagram as well as analytics tools like Google analytics, Sprout Social and Tweetdeck and experience of using a content management system would be advantageous. We are looking for someone who has excellent communication skills and is able to work as part of team. Creative skills and an eye for detail are also essential in this role with the ability to produce engaging and consistent work.
