There are 850,000 people with dementia in the UK and numbers are set to rise to over 1 million by 2025. We are looking for a well-motivated person who will provide support to people living with dementia and their carers, helping to maintain their independence, improving their sense of well-being, and putting them in more control of their lives. You will possess NVQ level 3 (or equivalent) or demonstrable experience. The post holder will have a broad understanding of statutory and voluntary service provision and be able to travel the area independently. The post is subject to a satisfactory DBS result.
