We have a vision to drive up standards in our schools through the Education Improvement Board a strategic partnership made of representatives from schools, academies, councillors and our two universities. Were looking for a leader who can develop and manage the detailed plans and provide oversight to members of the Education Improvement Board. This leader will be enthusiastic, passionate and visionary; someone who demands commitment and results but is able to lead and motivate people with respect and empathy. Were seeking a high performer with credible track record in success. A background in the private or public sector or both - is welcomed. We do things differently in Nottingham. Were open to new ideas and keen to embrace new ways of thinking and doing.
