Marketing Manager

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced, hands-on marketing manager to join a growing Company Group working across several business units. The key area of focus is Plant Magic, a newly acquired but well-established brand of nutrients for plants which is sold into the retail sector and which has the potential for significant growth. The marketing manager will be responsible for increasing market share in the UK market and identifying potential growth areas. The role affords significant autonomy and the opportunity to have a real impact on commercial success. It reports into the Group Marketing Director and will appeal to a results-focussed entrepreneurial marketer. Experience with point of sale and printed collateral is highly desirable as is experience of website management. The marketing manager will work with business unit managers to formulate objectives, strategy, plans and budgets to generate targeted growth and to report on the effectiveness of the marketing activity.
