Job Description
The role
This is an opportunity to join our small, London-based team, with a truly global remit. The Executive Assistants role is extremely varied, including working in the diplomatic arena with High Commissioners, to diary management and arranging international travel itineraries to supporting the project work of the Foundation.
The person
The successful candidate will have experience of working in administration roles. You will have excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to communicate using all mediums. You will be a self-starter who is able to prioritise your own workload and multi task as required. You will have excellent IT skills, with a can do attitude. You will have worked in a charity or other not for profit organisations. You will possess an understanding for the international nature of the work including the diverse cultural backgrounds of both the Commonwealth and the organisation.

Salary & Key Benefits:
To a maximum of 25,000pa
15% of gross salary in a tax free gratuity payment. This can be used for personal pension scheme. The first years salary would give an additional 3,750. The monies are available for withdrawal every 3 years
Holiday allowance of 30 days (plus 8 bank holidays and 4 privilege days)
