Working directly to the Head of Welfare, you will have day-to-day responsibility for this highly rewarding opportunity to supervise the SSAFA Forcesline Information Helpline; ensuring that those who contact us receive excellent levels of customer service and that their requests for information are fulfilled. To succeed you will need: - To have an interest in people, their problems and a keen desire to help - The ability to provide creative, and practical solutions to client�s problems - The ability to prioritise a fast moving workload, full of variety and interest - The ability to engage quickly with enquirers and team members - Excellent communication skills If you possess all of the above, we would like to hear from you.
