National Learning Manager

Central London with national travel Full-time �51,937 pa rising incrementally (inc LW) + good benefits ATL-187-1 ATL is recognised for the quality of our CPD provision to members and the close integration of our learning and organising activities. We are seeking a strategically focused individual to build on our excellent programme of in-house and local learning to boost both our members� and activists� skills. You will have a successful track record of leading and developing an innovative professional development programme across a range of media. You will have highly developed people skills, leading a small team of office and field-based staff and managing complex relationships with external stakeholders and providers. With responsibility for our union learning fund project, you will have excellent project management skills and demonstrable experience of meeting competing demands and challenging deadlines with ease. Strong IT skills and an understanding of how learning activities can support the organising agenda are essential. You must be willing and able to travel extensively within the UK, including some overnight stays and weekend working. This role has been assessed as requiring an enhanced certificate from the Disclosure and Barring Service. If successful, you will be required to complete a DBS check application.
