Aftersales Administrator Leicester Up to £27,000

Your new company
You will be working for an international manufacturing company based in Leicester.
Your new role

  • Responding to customer queries within response time.
  • Processing of all requirements from customers and requests in a timely manner.
  • You will be creating new sales leads.
  • Accurate data input for customer accounts and internal reporting.
  • Filing all previous correspondence and orders correctly.
  • Liaising with other departments when needed.
  • Administration and office tasks.
What you'll need to succeed
  • Previous experience in a similar role for a manufacturing company.
  • Problem-solving skills and good attention to detail.
  • Previous customer service experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
  • The ability to work well and communicate as part of a team.
  • You will be computer-literate.
