Residential Children's Deputy Manager Norfolk Cromer Social Care

Your new company
You will be working for a forward-thinking and supportive organisation that strives for excellence. With over 20 homes across the East of England, they are looking for Registered Managers who want to provide innovative care and education for young people. They specialise in working with children and young people who have suffered trauma and a range of emotional and mental health difficulties, and children and young people with learning disabilities.
Your new role
You will be part of the caring team that provides a safe and loving home for children and young people with learning disabilities, led and supported by Registered Manager in Cromer, Norfolk.
You will have responsibility for delivery of quality care services as well as part of strategic planning for the home.
Leading your team along with other professionals to provide individual child focused care
Acting as a positive role model to colleagues and children to meet their everyday living needs, developing trust, and obtaining the best outcomes for each individual.
What you'll need to succeed
3 year's experience working within a residential children's environment
NVQ level 3 caring for Children and young people / children's residential workforce
Full Driving licence
Related knowledge of Ofsted legislation and safeguarding procedures
Flexibility to work in caring for children this will include working shifts and sleep-ins
