Maths Teacher KS3 / 4 UPS / MPS Temporary ASAP

An Ofsted rated 'Good' school around the Rye area is looking for an experienced teacher of mathematics to join their staff. This school has a cooperative senior leadership team committed to aiding in career progression. With superb facilities to aid in teaching, this school would welcome a maths teacher who is able to make full use of their resources in order to give their pupils the best learning experience possible. The average class size is of 8 students, and there is a low turnover of staff. This role is set to start ASAP up to Easter, with the possibility of going permanent.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for teaching the mathematics curriculum to KS3 and KS4 students.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging maths lessons that follow the curriculum guidelines.
• Assess and evaluate students' progress, providing constructive feedback.
• Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective teaching strategies.
• Communicate with parents and guardians regarding students' academic performance.

Qualifications:
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Experience teaching Maths within the UK.
