What you'll be doing
Within the PMO you'll be part of a team of PMO Coordinators and Administrators working with a team of Project Managers.

You'll support the creation and maintenance of project plans and timetables, your responsibilities will also include:
. Monitor the status of work for a number of clients - producing trackers, checking progress, reporting and escalating as appropriate.
. Key point of contact on projects - working with internal teams and external clients to ensure all aspects of the project are delivered to time, cost and quality targets.
. Liaison with relevant teams to ensure queries are dealt with and to coordinate the completion of compliance reporting provided by local teams.
. Support the Project Manager in the operation of key project management processes including risk and issue management, project scheduling, change management, resource management and project reporting.
. Maintain high standards of quality and an appropriate attitude to risk to ensure exceptional client service is provided to clients at every stage of the project.

What you'll need to succeed
You will need a proven ability to support project management or PMO teams, you'll also need to demonstrate:

  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to identify and solve issues
  • Well-developed communication skills
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and SharePoint
  • Experience of working in a project management or PMO team
  • Experience gained within a professional services, accounting or legal setting would be advantageous
