Your new role
Perfecting preventative maintenance and improving engineering processes is paramount to the role, they like to do things right and always improve to provide optimum OEE and help production achieve their targets. You will be encouraged to contribute ideas which will be given consideration and make a positive impact on the plant. This is an electrically biased job supporting production team. The team are long serving so you get the advantage of support and mentoring from colleagues until you find your feet. As they rapidly expand the opportunities are plentiful to further train and you will have direct liaison with management to ensure your great ideas get to make a difference. This is a day shift role Monday to Friday with no nights or weekends required.
What you'll need to succeed
Mechanical fault finding skills and exposure to an industrial environment. You must be capable of working well in a team environment.
